At Caprice - Our consignors shop the world so you don’t have to. We have brands from Germany, France, Australia and more. Our stock changes much faster than an average retail store.  We put out approximately 1,000 new items a week so we say ‘Miss a week, miss a lot!’. Our store has been around for over 30 years so we are the experts on quality, value and shopping within your budget. With over 16,500 consignors - you're sure to find something to spark your fancy! Established in 1988, Caprice has been a long standing locale for women of all ages to find their inner diva!

Caprice is a multi-faceted operation; it’s a store where women can shop for clothing at amazing prices, where women can turn their cluttered closets into cash, a business that employs 10 local women, it supports many local charities, it’s allows other small business women to showcase what they have to offer, it now offers travel trips for women to places all over the world.  Most importantly, it’s a culture, a community where women feel good. Our goal at Caprice is to help empower women to feel good about themselves.

Our philosophy is ‘life is short, have fun and we do our best to live by that. We frequently host shopping parties that include women, shopping, wine, chocolate and lots of laughter. We invite you to join us in not only saving money on great deals and looking fabulous - but also supporting each other through local events, having fun and shopping local!

Our Staff

Glenda - owner extraordinaire was born to shop and from the time she could walk went shopping regularly with her mom, grandma and sister.  She's enjoyed shopping for treasures and the thrill of the hunt all of her life.  Glenda has been providing fashion finds since 2002.  

Maryann - store manager - oversees all aspects of Caprice and keeps it fab!  She is excellent at putting outfits together!

Patrica - loves fashion and finds! Has a great eye for colour and form!

Laurie - is a fashionista who loves helping customers find ‘perfect’ outfits!

Bonnie - is a realtor in the Stony Plain area who is also a part-time retail therapist at Caprice.

Zymeika - works part-time as a clothing processor. In her free time, Zymeika designs her own clothes. 

Lorraine - after being a customer at Caprice for many years, Lorraine is now working part-time for us. She is also a school trustee for the Parkland County School District. 

Roseann works full-time at Caprice as a clothing processor.  She is passionate about fashion and loves seeing all the great clothes our consignors bring in.
